I go to this location very often because it's so convenient for me. I've been going here often for probably 6 years. It's gone downhill an extreme amount. They clearly don't pay their employees enough, because the people that work there don't care, are rude and incompetent or both. Every time I go in there's new people I've never seen before, the only constant is a lady who I assume is a manager. Some of the employees I've seen just spend time talking to their friends up front instead of actually working. Others have just visibly not cared at all about anything, it was rude and almost angering. The service just isn't up to any sort of standard. When I place an online order, half the time they don't even put it in the portal. It's just a pizza, why would you not put it in when it's completely empty? The inside is dirty and I'm apalled that corporate doesn't come in and do something about it. What kind of image for your company do you want?

Just nasty. I hope owner will try that or public health department. Little white boy acting like boss, bat actually looks like a an idiot. I used to live there few years ago, was 100% different look. That burned thing (they called pizza) will harm poor kids who can afford only five bucks. I was there 2.2-22 4pm. There was 3 another people, they all were upset about their boxes. One person returned front of me. I didn't, but I didn't eat them either.

So my kids placed an order at 7:04pm inside the store tonight. The time is how 8:34. The only thing they ordered was a cheese hot n ready, and an order of crazy bread. When my kids came back empty handed, I went up there. The "manager" hollered, "DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?!" I said, "no but my kids placed an order in the store an hour and a half ago!" He apologized and said there's only two of us. While I realize that may be true, it is the simplest pizza one can possibly make. Not to mention the fact they had no 2 liters and they had dead bugs in their window. Finally after 2 hours, my kids got their cheese pizza and crazy bread. As an apology for having to wait for 2 hours, they gave them a brownie.
