This was my go to UPS - the people working there were so helpful for years. But the last 3 times I have been there and had Mary "help" me were awful experiences. She is beyond rude and completely unprofessional. The way she spoke to me - disgusting. Take note UPS. I'll never step foot in this location again.

Never will go here again after being a longtime customer . "Mary" the sales associate is rude and condescending. I was buying a box to pack on-site and ship innternationally and she said that was " not allowed" . She then said "would you bring food to a restaurant and ask the cook to prepare it?" Very nasty and with 5 customers waiting who were also shocked by her attitude . There is a UPS store in Middletown which will be our new shipping store for our e-commerce business. Rarely write reviews buy this needs to be known and maybe "Mary" needs retraining or should go work where she doesn't have to interact with people .

ZERO STARS....I have done business with this store for over 10 years, this store used to be fantastic, with a friendly staff and willingness to help with any and all asks. Bottom line, they lost my business this year for good. They have hired some staff that are simply awful to customers, not to mention are not trained well enough to actually help. I went into the store to send 6 boxes to NH, using the receivers UPS number, they first told me that I needed to go to another location to do this, then they said they could do this, if I filled out some forms, after they made me fill out a bunch of forms so I could use the UPS number, they took my boxes and handed me a receipt and tracking. Today one of my boxes was delivered to my address (with a shipping label on it, that was addressed directly to me). I then went to the store, with my box, and asked them to help me with this issue. They then asked the people behind me in line if they wanted to "wait for them to finish helping "this guy" (referring to me), ", and then followed up that with literally asking me to leave the store, because they didn't want to "deal with my issues, that they created", and told me to go to another store. Unacceptable, you create the problem, you deal with the problem.
