You guys charged my card $487. Then canceled order. Then after spending over 2 hours on the phone, you incorrectly charge me $637. Then you canceled my order again. My bank statement has a total of $1114 worth of charges. And I got my order canceled.

My fiance and I were at this mall looking for a pair of slacks. As we obviously struggled to find a pair and searched every single pair of pants Bloomingdales had twice, not a single employee offered to help in any way. We were in and out of the fitting room and nothing worked, the only pair that fit did not match his outfit at all. At one point fiance was clearly having an allergy attack so I gave him nasal spray and he stepped out, but I kept all of our *purchased* merchandise with me and continued the search for a pair of pants in his size. It seems instead of offering to help, they CALLED POLICE to come check on us. It was when an armed officer approached me that I noticed two employees standing at a distance glaring at us!! Since then I've racked my brain trying to understand. Did they think the nasal spray was something nefarious? Did they think we were going to steal pants despite obviously not finding anything that worked? Or are they just racist? What a pathetic excuse for customer service. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Found a beautiful hat. Loved the store. On vacation and we don't have a Bloomies so a real treat.

This store has so much fashion it is hard not to spend hours here. Many name brands of course but it is the other things that really sets them apart. The customer service is outstanding and they seem to know what they are doing for sure. Price wise a little more expensive but worth it if you want something unique.
