I’m glad. I found this place for my dizziness problem. All the staff members are the best. They gave us really good customer service. Doctors are very professional. They quickly found out my health problem after examine very carefully then gave me the right treatment. My dizziness is completely gone. I have been going to VRT for 5 out of 6 weeks now (10 of 12 appointments). I feel like they are knowledgeable and capable, but I'm disappointed with their process. For $350 per appointment I would expect more progress. Appointments are 30 -45 minutes. Many times the therapist struggles to get equipment to work. I have made moderate improvements with my symptoms but I feel the appointments are not very helpful and home treatment is where the benefits come from. It helps for the therapist to review my progress, but they haven't updated my home treatments for 2 weeks and I'm having a hard time justifying the cost. I was told at the start by Dr. Mango that my symptoms would be resolved if I followed their program, but now I feel that was an exaggeration. I'll provide an update after the 6 weeks are completed..

I am going there now. If you have any type of balance or dizzy issue that your doctor's can't figure out this is the place you need to be. Great Doctors, friendly staff. I'll know more in 8 weeks or so. Happy so far!!

Unbelievably friendly staff. great communication. The Doctors are all on board with each client. I would recommend the drive from L.A. to experience the treatment they provide. Clean, neat, and very organized. I spent 5 hours of testing in one day. The testing went so smoothly it didn't seem like 5 hours. They have the equipment to get you back on your feet!
