Where to even begin....Stark has been life changing for me. You don't get what you at Stark anywhere else. Working closely with the Doctors, chiropractors, and trainers on site has helped optimize my own well being. What makes this place the best of the best is the quality service you get from each staff member. It's empowering to see what happens at Stark and I can easily say it's the best decision I've ever made.

Stark is a game changer to the field of health and fitness. Imagine a place where you have a whole team of doctors, chiropractors, trainer and nutritionists all working together to get you to where you want to be. Imagine no more and seriously come to Stark! The team here is top notch. Everyone comes from a very loving and supportive place and genuinely want the best for you. The environment here is always super welcoming and you feel it every time you walk through the doors. This place makes helping me reach my fitness goals so easy and for once in my life, I have confidence and feel empowered to find the best version of me. Saying that Stark is life changing would be an understatement.

I love it here. The space is very modern and clean looking, everyone is very friendly and helpful as well. The gym supplies towels, toiletries, showers so you can get ready for work right after a morning session. Plus getting to work with NMD's, Chiropractors, Nutrition coaches, and trainers all in the same spot is so cool!

Stark has allowed me to supercharge my goals by giving me the tools and the knowledge to make conscious decisions inside and outside of the training zone. The medical and chiropractic staff are truly the best of the best and provide self empowerment before even receiving intuitive coaching. Many gyms will tell you that their programs are individualized until you realize they don't know anything about you, that isn't the case at Stark.

All of our pricing is a la carte. For patients of our naturopathic medical doctors or chiropractors, all that is needed is an initial appointment/consultation, after which, pricing and treatment can be determined. For fitness, nutrition, and personal training services, the first step is to purchase and go through The Ultimate initial package, at which point you will then begin paying for personal training sessions. They are sold in packages of 10 sessions, and the frequency with which packages of personal training sessions need to be purchased is dependent on the frequency with which you train. All ongoing assessments, workout programs, and nutrition coaching are included in the cost of personal training.

How do I know who my personal trainer will be?

STARK - Newport Beach | Aug 24, 2020
STARK - Newport Beach | Aug 24, 2020

The first factor in determining who your personal will be is schedule/availability. Certain trainers have more/less availability than others. If schedule allows, you can train with whoever you prefer, whether that is based on personality fit or preference of a male/female trainer. Also, it should be noted that your training programs remain the same regardless of which trainer you work with. This allows you to train with multiple trainers as well as switch to a different trainer at any point.
