I called regarding wiper arms for my car. I thought it would be cheaper then buying brand new GM parts. I was very wrong. Ace wanted $45 each plus tax of course. I ordered both arms which are GM parts, Not aftermarket and only paid $60 and this included shipping and handling. Ace would not budge on the price.

I bought a part that was warrantied for 90 days. The part failed during the warranty and they replaced the part with no problem. Even without a receipt. They took good care of me right away I have bought many parts there before with great satisfaction and everyone I know who has purchased parts there say the same. I highly recommend Ace Auto Parts.

Not only was the part discontinued but when I was presented with one it was used and priced ridiculously high but Dennis got me the part for a VERY fair price and I appreciate him and his customer service more than I can express in words….
