I just called for a friend wondering if they had mail there for her to pick up... her mailbox was blocked. I talked to a very rude gentleman that huff and puffed about 3 times during the call. Then he rudely stated I have to put you on hold. Well, after 7 minutes on hold, I hung up!! My gosh, y'all had been open not even 30 mins and this is how y'all act??!?!

Fire Alton Johnson. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any business ever. One of the most rude and obnoxious worker I have ever witnessed. Why doesn’t this location take action and finally get rid of him. The postal service is supposed to have a warm and welcoming feel and this place is the exact opposite. There’s so many repeated reviews that have the same response. Please do something about this USPS. Bad representation of your department of the government.

Went to do an mailing for my job. Very rude. I will never use this post office again. I felt singled out and discriminated against and the young guy with the dark hair came out and started to watch me put the postage on my mailing. He made me feel like he thought I didn't belong there. Reading other reviews I see that this has been going on for years. I guess no one there cares if people are discriminated against.
