My priority package was last tracked at this destination facility since 9/5. It is now 9/12 and I have yet to receive my package. I’ve never had this happened before. Very Disappointing.

Yes you should be able
You have to go down to the post office and check with general delivery for your mail
The Downtown Saint Paul Post Office does not have free parking. A meter is your best bet.
They won't notify you you have to go there and check it yourself
My package went to the wrong address in Chicago and I know for a fact I put the right address down because I had the address in front of me.
No ! An when you pick up your mail you need ID , I think the post box in lobby you can ! But u pay for it ...
You have to call the post office and ask them if any are available
No there not
2 valid nonexpired forms of ID - one will need to have tour full name and a photo such as driver's license, passport, state I'd, armed forces I'd, or university id & The other could be a copy of your lease or mortgage, voter id card, vehicle registration, home/vehicle insurance policy At this location the smallest size is $46 for 6 months. You will either need to apply online and show your id in person or do it all at the counter. It's painless.
There is no problem, but if something would have fit and doesn't because of the lock you may have to pick it up at the post office.
Are you referring to outgoing mail you are sending?
You can send a registered letter anywhere... they start around $17
No
Call the Post Office nearest your address and ask them your question.
Think about 30 to50 bucks per six months
In St Paul, we hold it for 10 days, then return it to the sender (first class/periodicals). Standard, non profit, and marketing mail does go to waste/recycle after those 10 days.
Between 12 pm and 4 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturday.
