I have purchased most of my light fixtures for my homes from Creative Lighting. They have a huge selection of very unique and or modern lights of all kinds. They also have a ceiling fan section. I would always highly recommend Creative Lighting.

I wanted to support this local family owned business and went there first as I shopped for fixtures. I did my research online, and I showed up with photos, brands, and styles that I liked. However, from the moment salesperson Jacob walked towards me, it was clear he did not want to to help me. Despite looking at the photos and listening to my descriptions, he showed me fixtures that were far too large for my space (I said this several times) and were not at all the style I wanted. He did not show me the brand I wished to buy. He spoke very slowly, and he was stiffly polite in a fake manner that did not cover his disgust and disdain for me: was it my gender, mask, age, or all of the above that put him off? I showed up ready to buy, but he did not listen at all. His disrespect was palpable, and I will sadly be taking my business elsewhere.

We worked with Kyndra Flowers, the showroom manager to order a custom light fixture from Creative Lighting. She worked with the manufacturer to make sure the fixture specifics were what we needed. However, once the fixture was received some of the manufacturers specifics were not what we had expected. Kyndra took the responsibility to bring the fixture into the store and fix the problem locally. This service was above and beyond what was required. This is the kind of customer support you certainly cannot get from online stores.

Disappointed. Bought a 60” wreath but it really measures more like 48”. I assumed I was sent the wrong order and when I contacted customer service was informed that the 60 “ measurement is from tip to tip. This wreath is so sparse there’s no way you can fully expand the tips and have them stay put, much less look remotely decent. The wreath is constructed of metal rings, the center ones of which don’t even have pine tips so the wreath must be fluffed. I had already planned to add large plastic ornaments to fill in the wreath. Even doing that didn’t help much with the size. Thought I was getting a good value (despite expensive shipping). Feeling hoodwinked. Wish I would have just used the shipping money to buy a wreath in a store so I could see what it was I was actually getting.

We have several safety protocols in place including acrylic shields, masks, gloves, and social distancing markers. We also have a limited number of customers allowed in the store at one time. Private appointments outside of retail hours are also available. Please call 651-647-0111 to schedule.
Thanks for your inquiry, Ron! Unfortunately, we don't have a glass supplier that we can order from directly for "universal" items such as this. However, If you purchased the lamp from us originally, we would be able to order replacement glass as a part request from the manufacturer referencing your original order. Please call 651-647-0111 and our customer service team can assist you with this process.
