Package was stolen. Shipped from this location, never delivered to the recipient. Impossible to get customer service to report it. Shady.

If you live with roommates, never place your mail on hold. I learned that the hard way when my landlord complained to me the mail wasn't coming when I was out of town for 2 weeks. I would of thought they would just hold my mail, but it was everyone's. I made a call to USPS to make sure the mail is delivered. The day was Thursday I made the call and the accumulated mail didn't get delivered till Saturday. I even called the local post office number and they are very difficult to reach. This is such horrible way to conduct services and I hope one day things get better. It felt very unprofessional the way things were handled.

Search for passport applications and make an appointment (White Bear Lake's federal passport can be applied in person but only by an appointment. That office is located in the WBL City Hall building. I did that a month or so ago. You will need to complete a passport application form also found online, and bring required documents etc as specified and required to the appointment.

Hi, Area is generally designed for questions for the public to answer. The postal service does not monitor this at all. There are multiple was of tracking packages. The usps website or Google the tracking number and selecting usps. If you don't have any of that contact the sender for that information. If you don't have that you may be out of luck and will have to go in to the USPS office. This will be the best option. Good luck!

Download the usps app. I belive you can put holds on your mail right from the app. Good luck!

My mail is being forwarded to Matlacha FL until end of March. I would like to have forwarding stopped as soon as possible. I’m leaving 2556 Cay Cove FL 33993 this weekend and will be home at 3133 Manitou Drive WBL 55110 early next week.

Ahhhh .....seriously.... you are using this service incorrectly. This is not a web chat, this is asking questions. Like "how late are you open till" ? The postal service is not checking these. You need to go into the Postal Service yourself and get this change or updated.
