Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Great Clips. I walked in and instead of greeting me, a stylist with piercings yelled at me and asked if I’ve ever been to Great Clips before. After her horrible check in she went to go cut another customer’s hair and I stood there until a different stylist was available. I hope they train her to treat customers better. I won’t be back to this horrible location.

I came in today about 20 minutes to 5 so I knew it was right before close and I figured it would be a long shot to get a walk in service so late. I was greeted right away and seated right away, and it was my first time here. Amber was the one that greeted and gave me my cut. Very happy with what she did and the service she provided.

Only waited about 2 minutes for my cut. Heather was great. She was fast and cut my hair just the way I like it. I have been coming to this location for years and the service is always great. The shop is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

This Great Clips has really good stylists! They are all really nice, I prefer Ren. :) I always get a great cut! This place is often busy. On line check-in is your best bet to minimize your wait.
