Building and inside structure messy and not well maintained. Staff are there for a job and perform their job per expected level of competency. Food is franchise norm as to be expected from Wendy's chain. If goal is that customer wants a Wendy food or drink item, this place works. But. Don't expect anything over and above that.

I was expecting a pleasant experience cause she answered drive thru very approachable but got to the window couldnt even speak just held her hand out. My sandwich was hot, fries cold. Drink was full. Had to ask twice to get my receipt.

There are some bad reviews for this Wendy’s. For the life of me I do not understand. This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Big chains are supposed to be consistent, but this Wendy’s always makes me think that this is what Wendy’s is supposed to taste like. Workers were kind and diligent. I get the feeling you haters need to take a chill pill.

This Wendy's is legendary...or infamous depending upon how you look at things. Never had bad experiences at Wendy's until I came here. I've asked other people in the area about their experiences here. All of them can relate to the horror stories myself and others continue to have with this location. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass on this place.
