Horrible service they need new managers and they need to train there employees. manger's don't even know there deals on the app it's ridiculous get a new crew

Went to the drive thru tried placing my order however the lady on drive was to busy to listen to my order cause she was talking to whoever in the back ground then when I corrected her she yells at me to quit yelling which I didn’t was simply trying to talk over her conversation then I declined to continue and pulled off and another goofy employee standing at the fist window laughing. Way to go McDonald’s for hiring worthless employees who can’t take a simple order .

I recently moved to my place which is near to this McDonald outlet. This was the first time I was trying McDonald. I installed their app in my phone and to save time I went through their menu’s and saved the items I wanted to order on app .The lady at the walk-in counter I encountered was not well versed in English. I told her this is a takeaway order and when I was telling her my orders while looking at the saved items in my phone, she took my phone and called her manager. They talked something in Spanish. The manager was a guy, his accent was very hard to understand. He was talking about mobile order and asking for coupon. I told him this was not a mobile order and I didn’t came there for pick up. He was like then why are you using your mobile while ordering which seemed rude to me. I had never said this was a mobile and pick up order. If it was so, I would have told them from the beginning. It was just that the counter lady assumed such while I was ordering looking at the saved orders I had on my app. It was a bad first experience.

I'd like to say the gal who took my order was very nice. It took the manager a long time to get change for a $20? allowing my food to get cold I know McDs is not a fine dinning establishment but I did pay $9 for lunch and shouldn't have to endure the manager yelling over my head across the restaurant to the counter to see if somebody's food was ready and though some robots in the future might disagree I found the continuous very loud alarms being ignored in the kitchen NERVE WRACKING Avoid this restaurant! I always come on a bad day ???
