They claim they never have had any package or mails get lost on their local post office! And they never gave had any complains about that !But if you scroll down and read the reviews you will see that many people are complaining theit mails and packages get lost there! Their postmen are also very rude they yelling at me and called me liar when very respectfully I asked him why I didnt recieved some of my important mails during kast 3months When I addressed this mistreatment with the manager she fully supported her postman instead of appologize me because of misbehaviour by her employee!

No air conditioning. Lines too long. A pkg of mine was stolen an I received no help. They have people leave their packages on the desk to be scanned an thats another package I never seen again

Do yourself a favor! Never ever use this location to do any of your business. I just came for my passport appointment that I scheduled two weeks ago, just to be told that my appointment was cancel due to shortage personnel, the lady “call me” a day before to cancel my appointment. I’m standing there inside an empty office with three employees at front, and she has the audacity to tell me that they are short staff 🙄… That was not all, she even told me to make an appointment at another location close by to do my business. Unbelievable, horrible… Please someone has to be checking these untrained, unprofessional and completely inconsiderate people working at this location. This incident just happened today 2/15/2022 at 9:22am if someone wish to check the cameras and do something about it. I wish I would’ve ask for their names, but I didn’t want to be inside one more minute looking at them.

New passports are processed M-F. Lobby opens at 8:30 am and numbers are handed out on 1st come, 1st serve basis(no appointments). Processing starts at 9am and ends by 2pm daily. Numbers are handed out throughout the processing hours but may be cut short depending on manpower for the day. On some days, there may not be passport clerks available so will be canceled for that day. For passport renewals, it's self service so it can be done through the service hours M-F, 8:30am-5pm. No service for new passports and no pictures for passports taken on Saturdays. Pictures are taken at $15 per picture(only need 1 picture for the passport application). This is to the best of my knowledge.

Renewals for passports is self serve. You do not need to see a passport clerk for it. Just fill out the blue renewal application in BLACK ink only. You need a check or money order for the application and 1 picture(they take them there if you need it, $15). The passport book is currently $110 and the passport card is $30 and bring your old passport book/card.
