Dirty, and there aren't any street crossings, making getting to the buses a dangerous task, and you feel unsafe in the trains most the time. I will continue to use this station and the rest of the metro system, but I've really noticed a decline of the MTA since 2019, if you are a tourist, I would avoid it. Also, if you have problems walking up stairs, there are no escalators, and the elevators suck.

Very cleaned & lighted area in the evening time. Police & Sheriff make it real safe

Alright let me start off with cleaning some misconceptions by some people. 1. Paid parking bright lights and very visible from the street with metro employees patrolling 2. Station is clean early morning is just full with NORMAL people going to work on their daily commute. 3. The train is CLEAN surprisingly no stained seats it doesn't smell. very clean interior and you'll see metro cleaning crew riding along cleaning as they go 4. Trains run like clock work one passes about every 6 minutes and are usually not crowded. 5. I do see every once in a while some strange people but no more than you would see walking around anywhere. And they need to get places as well and deserve access to affordable transportation I feel safe walking around I never been harassed or seen anyone be harassed everyone keeps to themselves. Clean stations and each has a theme corresponding with the city you are in which is pretty cool. I thank metro for allowing me to travel almost from end to end making it affordable and saving almost 1 hour from my commute

Disgusting platform. Urine and feces everywhere. Trains ALWAYS late. Bums and street people ride free and sleep on train taking up seats. Train is filthy. Not worth the 1.75. I will drive my car. Los Angeles should be less greedy and maintain a decent environment

$1.75 USD. If you do not have a Tap card you'll need to purchase one for $2 or $3 in addition to the fare
Take the greenline and get off Willowbrook station. Go downstairs and take the blue line station and get off by staple center
