Very unprofessional the way they handle the visitations , stories aren’t straight and they don’t communicate with one another . I understand Bc of covid they have different regulations . My grandma is in hospice alone in a room and they’re only allowing us to go one at a time to visit for 30 mins at a time yet when they have 3 people in one room they allow 2 people at a time . Don’t bring ur family members here

Not a bad place except the tenants there have no courtyard available to even get fresh air. They are stuck inside day after day. We have a brother there and he is stir crazy. No sunshine

Non compliant to COVID-19 regulations. Still allow families to pick up patients and take them out for visits..... EVEN THOUGH state mandated quarantine for nursing home patients. Patients still allowed visits with family members outside of facility and patients receive food from family members. I don't understand why policy is written then given when the staff refuses to comply with the WHO and CDC orders. I guess that it's why patients (who are at greatest risk) within this facility have passed away due to COVID-19 being listed as a cause to patients with multiple underlining medical conditions and above the age given as high risk for COVID-19. Perhaps this facility is like many nursing homes..... in the business for profit as first priority opposed to patients. They bend to family wants and not patients best interest.

My mom was here for a couple months for rehabilitation. She had a tumor in her brain. Firstly they kept moving her from room to room. The driver who take her to her radiation treatments had an accident in which my mom was injured. Nothing was done. My mom didn't eat but they kept giving her medication. So she hid it.They knew she wasn't eating but didn't do anything about it. A week ago they had my family come up there and they told us our mom wanted to go home and they had to release her. They said she was able to make decisions but when I asked about a certain issue with her they said she was delusional. So they brought her home with a promise that they would be there everyday but didn't show up the next day. My mom died the next day. 2-8-18. These ppl didn't care if she ate or take her medication!
