Yes I went to his office, and he REFUSED ME TO JOIN,..{" so much for pre existing conditions" }...ha ha HEY DR MENSINK,... WHY DID YOU DENY ME IF PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS, APPLY?? UH, HuH?
