I’m really disappointed in this location. Whenever I go, they have such attitudes. What’s upsetting me most though is that I’m currently in Washington state and needed to mail important documentation back home through this location to my mother whom I live with. I made the mistake of not making a signature required so even though the mail was supposed to get there 2 days later by 6 p.m. my envelope said it was “delivered” not even half a day later at 9 in the morning when my mail back home doesn’t even get delivered until the afternoon. My brother is home as well and nothing arrived. It’s now 6 days later and I’m being thrown around in circles and they not only won’t refund me because it says “delivered” but my mail is lost. No one can track where my mail is. I’m on the verge of tears because of how important this mail was. I’m so upset with them and myself for trusting them.

This postal office is horrendous in customer service. I have lived and owned my home in Downey for 23 years, never had the need to conduct my business inside the office until my mail stopped getting delivered on May 4. Two weeks went by without notice and when I visited their office and was forced to purchase a mail box, or “put my dog out”. The experience of dealing with the so called on-site supervisor has been frustrating and futile. I feel they discriminated against us by not giving us the option to restrain our dog in the backyard, which we gave done. Even buying and relocating a new mail box would be preferable than having to make blood pressure go up every time We have inquire about our mail. To this day they are still holding our mail even though we purchased a box on 5/19/20. I feel so powerless!!!!! Seriously considering moving out of here😢

This place has the same ladies working the front desk EVERYDAY! and they always have an attitude! every time I use this location to drop off my packages, the packages don't get scanned and twice they lost my package! I dropped of a priority package and it hasn't been scanned in two days!!!! I think they are doing this on purpose! The two ladies I am referring to give the customers attitude and need to retire.
