Dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon for a diagnostic on my AC. The lady working at the desk said it'd be a couple hrs and they'd call with the results. Well 2 hrs turned into 4 days. Took them that long to find out what was wrong with it on top of me calling them to see what was going on cause they never called me until Tuesday morning letting me know what was needed to repair it. Told them to move forward with repairs and by the afternoon they completed it. 2.5 days later my AC no longer works and we're out of pocket $320. My only advice is to go with your instincts. Told my daughter's father I didn't trust it since it was taking so long to diagnose and he didn't listen. Plus he had already told them what we had replaced and fixed on it already so that kind of took out some of the guess work for them. Just probably did a quick fix from that info.

This was our first experience with Pioneer Auto Care and it was an exceptional experience. I had my rotors and brakes replaced on my Acura today. I brought my parts, and they only charged us labor. It was very reasonable. We thank you Pioneer Auto Care. We will definitely return.
