The lady with the curly hair in the front desk is so rude and condescending. Also, if you ever get mail here forget about ever getting it forwarded to a new address. I guess they expect you to be homeless and down and out forever???? You also can't change it with the post office because it's a commercial business lol so your basically stuck getting your mail there. I didn't go in for a month so they sent back all mail to sender and will continue to do so. I have to call the frikkon it's and everyone sending me mail which is impossible to get a hold of the IRS right now. All my stimulus checks are getting sent back. They did this with my brother too. For a place that is suppose to help you they sure make things difficult for you. Also I picked up mail there once ans my stimulus check was stolen out of the envelope. I called and complained and they did nothing about it. They told me everyone there is honest and doesn't steal? How the hell do they know that? Lol they also don't help you get a driver's license only a state id which isnt really helpful.

!Dishonest, Corrupted, Unethical, and Unprofessional! The different workers assigned to my case and their supervisor (brianna) all said I qualify for a supposedly "permanent supportive housing assistance," and promised a voucher to house me... They lied to me for 3 years!!! They stole my private information, never got the voucher, did NOT house me, and abandoned my case after 3 years of lies and deceit!!!! I followed through with what they requested, and in the end they stabbed me in the back!!! My case was then transferred to another agency... An agency suspiciously named "The GoodSeed" that's in the process of stabbing in the back as well after 2 years of their lies and deceit!!! This is +5 years (if I count my experiences with P.A.T.H) that I am stabbed in the back, and left to die!!! I AM STILL HOMELESS THANKS TO THEIR CORRUPTION!!! They are well aware of the situation but remain unconcerned, and in NO HURRY to help me!!!! !!!!You've been warned of these corrupted agencies!!!!

Dan is amazing and the staff works diligently to assist, support and assess all cases. They assisted me, guided and placed me rapidly. Along with providing an array of support systems, resources and networks. Providing clear, concise and brilliant navigational directives to successfully accomplish a safe, secure and comfortable home environment in the midst of a crisis, moratorium and pandemic. Amazingly gifted and philanthropic paragons!

This place is completely disorganized! The staff contradict themselves. For example i have severe sinuses there for a fan is dangerous to my health. I purchased an AC very small power saver because i know the building is old and can't support a large amounts of wattage. When my family and i moved in they provided an old heater that was double the wattage of my little ac. They asked me to provide a letter from my doctor stating i required an AC so i went and got the letter from my doctor. I received a call saying me and my family would be places in a hotel because of my need for an AC. It was unbelievable i had just fully stocked my refrigerator with groceries! I would have to throw out 200 dollars of food. My babies were just getting used to the place. So i told them id just remove the AC. So they offered me a 2nd fan! The program itself is wonderful! And has the POTENTIAL to help all the homeless family's. The staff doesn't help at all! If your not on top of everything yourself you will not be able to sustain permanent housing. The reason i even gave to stars is because i do receive rent assistants from them SO A BIG THANK U YOU TO THE DONORS! I also want to mention its takes over a month to get in to the shelter i had a 3 week old baby when i reached out for help sleeping in the park and it took over a month to get a phone call. Instead of Helping they intimate you. Belittle you. For example i had my weekly interview and a few remarks were " you have to try harder there's no extension when your times up" 3 months is how long familys have in the shelter. Or when i was explaining something to the supervisor one of her remarks were "well in the supervisor so what i say goes". Hope this helps!
