Came in at8:30am line was 1.4 miles long just to enter took about 50 min now waiting past 4.5 hour and still not load still waiting at "staging area" this is a joke of a port. I'm never coming back worst port I've ever been to.

Absolute worst terminal in LA/LB Customer service phone call will result in being left on hold for over an hour 40 min, then randomly dropped due to "system error".. extremely long truck lines most of the day. be ready to have trailer issues as they are likely to let you in, get a container and hold you on the out-gate due to an issue. ITS may have long lines but at least there isn't an issue every time on in gate. If enough truckers refuse to go here maybe they will make improvements. i wont be going back.

Called their hotline 14 times. Total of 3 hours waiting on queue just to talk to their customer service. The first one I got a hold of customer service, they said they can't hear me (which I doubt, I think it's just what they do to dodge assisting customers on phone). At the 2nd time, The agent won't let me speak and keep reading his spiel. They want you to pay extra storage even though the fault is on their side (their website crashed). Frustrating experience.

Your not messaging APL here. Your only messaging people who have used google maps to get there. Sorry bud
Good day Emad, please note that the demurrage charges are set and provided by the Ocean Carriers based on their own guidelines. FMS displays the demurrage charges due for each container on our online service portal, which can be reached by using the following link: www.fenixmarineservices.com/hc Also, if you have any other questions related to shipments or equipment moving through our facility, there are links for each category needed. Sincerely, FMS Management
Yes, appointments are required to insure they're accepting the size, type and shipping line of the empty.
Yes, there should be a full Saturday gate each weekend until Christmas.
Dear Marlon, The location of the container is communicated to the carrier via the ticket that is printed when entering the gate or using the FMS (Mission Sync) app. The app can be downloaded for your Android or Apple iOS mobile device. Greetings, FMS management
Dear Philipo, Thank you for your question. Not entirely sure how you're interpreting the lunch break, but the terminal labor takes an hour lunch break (day or night shift). There are break periods during the mid part of the shift that sometimes are combined with the lunch break in order to maintain business continuity and reduce the number of breaks in service. I hope this helps to answer your question. Sincerely, FMS Management
You're going to have to go to the trouble window
Dear Edwin, assume you are asking about Fenix Marine Services (FMS). If so, FMS has over 4,000 feet of berth which are Berth 302, 303, and 304 and 305 with a minimum draft of 50'. However, given the size of the vessels being worked today, we essentially have three workable berths 302-304. If you have further questions about our terminal, please visit our website at www.fenixmarineservices.com, where you can find this and much more terminal info. Also, you can contact our customer service team directly that can handle your questions much more efficiently.
Thank you for your question. Please check our company website https://www.fenixmarineservices.com/terminal/ for additional information.
You can check their website here. https://www.fenixmarineservices.com They probably do not monitor this.
