If anyone raises theirs voice to me because he or she thinks they can I don't do what too many truckers do, which Is raise their voice right back. I look at them dead In the eye and say with a normal tone, if you're going to continue to raise your voice at me I'm going to have to ask you to see your supervisor. I guarantee you that person will either calm down or call their supervisor. When the surpervisor shows up let them know whatever the person Is upset about doesn't give them the right to yell at you staying calm and that supervisor will ened up helping you knowing how some of the workers here behave. The key Is staying calm the whole time. And that ain't easy baby. But if you do it you will win.
