The service was excellent, Ken the manager was very responsive, knowledgeable and pulled a couple of rugs based on my taste that were terrific. The guys who installed the rug, Jasper and Alex, where quick, polite helpful and patient. You definitely have a customer for life, thanks again!

Landry and Arcari is absolutely the best place to find beautifully handcrafted rugs. They have so many options it will make your head spin and in all different price points too. I worked with Burcu and she was fantastic! Burcu was very knowledgeable about all the rugs and took the time to get to know what I was looking for.
