I keep getting wrong legal procedure direction here. I'm told 1 thing by these so called lawyers and another at the clerk of the court. You would think the lawyers would be correct but they aren't. I have experienced nothing but incompetence here after about 8 visits for the same cases.

It would be at Superior Court of Orange, Newport Beach, CA. 4601 Jamboree Road Newport Beach, CA 92660
I live in orange county....problem is from ladera ranch area where do I file
California Law only allows 2 small claims cases on one year.
http://www.lacourt.org/filinglocatornet/ui/filingsearch.aspx?CT=FA You can use the court locator to find out where to file your case. Most likely the Santa Monica Courthouse.
It would be the Newport Beach courthouse on Jamboree Road.
Rosemead is a city in Los Angeles county. Please contact the LA Small Claims number for the correct courhouse: (213) 974-9759
Sanbernardino can serve by mail. If you have right address of defendant. From what I understand about Orange county CA Superior Court I had the court clerk for a price mail service to defendant. It was better for me because then I know it was done right... Maybe have issue with court dates but hey you'll figure it out... It was called proof of service. I think I had to have it before 20-24 days before the court date...
You could if you wanted to.
700W Santa Ana Ca
Court location is based on where the incident occurred, where the person you're suing lives or does business, or where the contract was made signed performed or broken by the *person you're suing*. If all of that was in Whittier then yes.
No
