I meant to do this a while ago but I've been going here for some time now and it's been a great experience. I have never had any questions unanswered nor any problems that were not solved, they go out of their way to assist me explain things to me and I am forever grateful for their kindness & understanding. I truly feel like they all mean well & they love their job and they know what they're doing. If you ever need your car to sound amazing I would recommend going to them and they've got all kinds of options ..

First time we went in to fix our radio, ended taking 6 hours, and then they said they needed another part, so we back a few days later, then they fixed the radio but we have a movie player and they didn’t have the part for the connection so we have to come back again. Ended up being $800 which I will say is pretty cheap but we had to sit there for more than 10 hours in total and we still have to go in again The guys in the office were nice but, there wasn't very good communication. Would recommend if you need it fast.

HB AutoSound figured it out. The old-school art of having outstanding customer service, and then backing up your words with actions. Jason and his team made my visit a pleasure, and made me feel like I was a priority every time I walked through the door. I originally stopped in to price out a new sound system, I ended up making a purchase at Best Buy, thinking I was getting a good deal. Well what I really received, was an incompetent installation and a bunch of headaches. I walked back in to HB Auto Sound, slightly embarrassed, and asked Jason if he could help me fix all of the problems that occurred from my Best Buy installation. Summarizing this as best as I can, Jason and his team were cordial and eager to help. Even though I didn’t make my original purchase at the store, the team made me feel as though I was a VIP customer. In addition to the great customer service, Jason also gave me a great deal. Just can’t say enough about this place. As a follow-up, I was confused as to how some of the functions on my new Kenwood system worked, so I stopped by right before closing, and Jason came out, sat in the car, and gave me a tutorial. All I can say, is that if you ever plan on replacing the stereo in your vehicle, or you are having problems with your current system, this is the place you need to go.
