Called him to come look at my truck Thursday, said he had two other jobs and would get to mine later in the day. I had to reach out to him to see if he was still coming. He wanted to change time to early Friday , told him let’s do it what time. He set time up for 8:30, I waited until 8:45 to call him he said he will be there in 20 minutes. I waited an hour and 30 minutes and I left. He called me 15 minutes after I left telling me he is ready to look at my truck. I asked him where was he an hour ago that I had to go to work myself, he then hung up on me!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE

I contacted Robert via his website after reading his recommendation to diagnose a OBDII port communication error. My car was having a similar problem - particularly with the CA smog check computer. Robert promptly replied to my initial inquiry and we ended up chatting on the phone regarding the particulars of my problem. Because Robert does not perform smog checks he was aware that he would be unable to fix the problem. However, rather than just passing me off to another mechanic, Robert went out of his way and continued to assist diagnosing the problem. Robert placed phone calls on my behalf, performed research online and more. Over more than a week of texting back and forth, Robert provided a ton of insight regarding potential causes of the problem. Additionally, Robert went further out of his way to recommend a local shop and took the time to bring the shop owner up to speed on the issue with my car. Really great experience with a class act professional.

Outstanding service! My RV simply had bad batteries but I was worried about starting it up after a year of sitting. Robert sent his brother Rick out who was and is a true professional. In this day and age, I don't trust many service people. We've all seen the dateline shows or been victims. My problem was simple and Rick never tried to lead me down any other paths. Rick, thank you also for taking the time to check all the fluids and the tire pressure for me as well as all the helpful tips to keep it running right. You guys are on my speed dial now.

Check that the battery is clean and cables are clean and tight. The battery needs to be tested and the system checked for parasitic drain, something could be staying on. Call our office and we can have a technician come out to troubleshoot it.
