They will take your money. Even if you don't get approved they just take your money anyways. It's been 5 days and I haven't gotten my refund back. They force you into making the down payment before even checking if you are approved. Very manipulative

This was my first time purchasing a scooter and it's been something I've wanted to do for a few years now. I couldn't have chosen a better shop. First I was emailing with the owner to get additional information and make sure I was prepared wiht everything I needed before making the 40 minute drive. I went in with an idea of what I wanted but once there the owner's wife (I feel terrible for not remembering her name) had me try a few other scooters and really made sure I was comfortable with what I would be riding. Not only did I not feel pressured to buy anything but when I did, I received so many helpful tips. As I was driving my new scooter around my block I kept remembering the tips both Dave and his wife gave me. I'm so happy with my purchase and the customer service.

I love this place! I bought a buddy 170i, my first bike ever, and they took good care of me! Free delivery the next day when I got off and the tank was full!! I high recommend HB Scooters to everyone, they have everything you need and more!!
