Super hit or miss at this location. Hours of operation are super unreliable too, even though it says they were just updated by the staff. Also one time I came here and the manager was managing this McDonald’s drunk. He was doing a decent job though.

I love love love the caramel frappes and the new blueberry muffins are great! I just did a mobile order and the woman who brought out my food and frappe was so nice everytime I see her she's always got a beautiful smile on her face and she's professional every time I wish all your employees had her wonderful attitude I got hotcakes with sausage I love the the mobile app and the savings!

So was just there at 20:41 order# 1269. Order total was $9.61. Gave the young man at the window $10.61, he starts to give me change in the way of 95 cents, I told him I gave him the above amount and with instant attitude he says I didn't so I grab another nickel to get a dollar in return and he basically refuses to take it and continues his attitude. I told him to just forget it and started to pull forward to the 2nd window and he throws the change on the ground. At the second window I ask for the manager to simply tell them they may want to see if he's OK because he seems a bit unhinged and to get my receipt. After 5 minutes or so and still no receipt or even a sorry etc I asked for the phone number to corporate which he then informed me he could not give me. As a former manager for Kevin Hern at this and two other McDonald's in my younger days this is not acceptable behavior from the top down at this store or any other for that matter. On top of all of that, they got our order wrong and the bun was burnt and hard as a rock. Steer clear of this location if you want good service and edible food.
