Always get my order wrong, or are out of basic items like mozzarella sticks or slushes. Rude staff And despite having stalls - they make everyone wait forever in the drive thru. Go to a different sonic

Service was poor!!! I made an online order, checked in & put stall # I was in. After sitting for 20 mins, I pressed button & was told to go through drive thru!! When I asked employee why they let me sit there, she was disrespectful & actually argued with me! I'll drive 3 extra miles to go to another Sonic!

Asked if they could put extra chili on my hot dog (because they don’t have the option in app) and they said yes. The girl in the drive thru even said she went to check and it was good. I got home and there was less chili than the regular amount that they put. Not to mention, you can’t even order a breakfast burrito from there because the egg is in omelet form in the burrito. They don’t even take the time to scramble it. This store is lazy with orders.

From a very busy and frustrating day, decide to end it with a warm bite to eat. I pull in to sonic and notice the party melts are back. So excited I ordered one with my favorite drink. They wait wasn't too long but it didn't bother me being there weren't any people around. When I get my food, I decided to just go on in for the night. I get to my destination and bite my Party melt and it taste scorched. I open the sandwich and it's burnt and the sides are really hard. One side of it is edible with out the scorched taste. To top it off, when I went to wash down the scorch, I didn't get a straw either...Well there went my fun dinner. They have a really nice and clean dining area outside. I should have sat out there it would have been easier to address the issue, but it is so hard to get in and out of the area because of the traffic, I really don't want to go back about it. Better luck next time. Bummer Day Over.

That seems to be a problem at most drive-thru's! If I don't go inside and get my to go order, I'll just ask at the drive thru... "give me whatever $6 will buy me!" Sometimes I have to have a chat with them that it doesn't matter what I order, they will give me whatever they want. If I let them choose... I can't be disappointed. Otherwise I go inside to retrieve a to go order.
