The staff was very nice and helpful but the balloons that I paid for got lost right after I got them because the balloons were not properly tied to the weight that I paid for even though I asked for the balloons to be tied to the weight so I wouldn’t loose them. My son was very sad when mommy didn’t have any balloons for his birthday party.

First time buying balloons from here and will be the last. You're better off going to dollar tree store over this! Party is an hour away and I just picked these up 2 hours ago. There table covers are thinner than Dollar Tree too! Not to mention each balloon was $2. I'm good!

Closed at 5pm because there was a little bit of snow on the ground. Parking lots and roads were plowed and clear, temperature was above freezing. Everywhere else is open except Party City who closed hours early on a weekend for no good reason.

Lots of cool stuff here! I'll go in for a platter or balloons and walk out with 10 more things I didn't even think about getting. My only complaint is that the line is usually pretty backed up, even when there are 3 or 4 cashiers. It's worth the wait to get some cool, reasonably priced party gear, though.
