There were several cars in line tonight but I only had to wait for a total of roughly ten minutes and the food was great! To anyone complaining about having to wait a long time in line, please just understand that a lot of places are short staffed right now and if you can’t handle waiting then please just eat at home. A bunch of food service workers died during the pandemic and people don’t want to work in food service for $7 an hour anymore. Please be kind to the employees and don’t take out your frustrations on them.

Best service in Tulsa. Had a problem at another Taco Bell 15 min before. Went to this one by my house and they fixed problem instantly. With a smile and a dance. Better than any ad I have ever seen!

Don’t go to this one. Looked like they had plenty of staff. It took them 30 minutes or more to complete each order in the drive thru. You're trapped once you pull in thanks to the drive thru design. We finally got to the intercom to order and they said their credit card machine was down. Why can’t they post a sign or have an employee sit outside and tell people it’s cash only? Where was the manager?

Closes at 5pm in the 24th and is closed all day on the 25th. Called and verified.
That's corporations for you. Typically they're completely out of touch with how things work in the real world. Unfortunately we can't expect that to change any time soon. All you can really do is encourage happy customers to take the surveys.
