That's corporations for you. Typically they're completely out of touch with how things work in the real world. Unfortunately we can't expect that to change any time soon. All you can really do is encourage happy customers to take the surveys.
It's a service. It's supposed to be good not fair to middling. If you have to poll your customers then you probably have no confidence in your product!
No. That is not fair. I do not care giving about surveys for fast food unless it is bad. I have an expectation of service that is very low. It's bs is what it is
