I wasn't going to even leave a review because the customer service here was horrible. But i have to share my experience i called John on march 10th to inquire about a price for my 55 inch TV told me to bring it in, which I did . Continued to explain how he had the parts to my Tv and it would be a quick fix have it done in 2 days. A week goes by and i haven't gotten 1 call or text nothing regarding my Tv i call him and continues to tell me everything that's wrong with it blah blah blah at this point I'm already fed up. Here we are March 22nd and i had to pick up my tv because it's not "fixable" mind you in the whole process he's telling me that it would be done in the next couple days. I don't recommend his service he's horrible at communication and needs to realize as me as the customer need to be updated during this whole process. If you are needing a TV repaired DO NOT bring it here!! 1/10

Wore a mask and maintained a 6 foot distance from me whenever possible (they had to hand me my receipt of course), they are extremely covid-19 smart and safe! Was professional and quickly fixed my TV for a very reasonable price!! They had my TV already plugged in to show that it was functioning properly again when I came to pick up my repaires TV. They made sure to give me the run down of the ways to make sure my TV will last as long as possible like unplugging my TV from the wall outlet during thunderstorms. They are extremely courteous and helpful!

His expertise was a game changer for me. He was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule an appointment and a television that I’ve not been able to use for awhile is now up and running again. I’ve tried DIY and couldn’t get it done and was contemplating throwing out my favorite tv. I decided as a last resort to call this company and John did not disappoint with the service and I highly recommend him and this company and will plan to use them again in the future.
