Definitely love this McDonalds! The people working the night shift are amazing! Always a positive attitude and the accuracy on the food is always a 5 star! They move the drive thru lines very quickly and the food is ALWAYS fresh.

Every morning after my Over night shift I pass thru this mcdonlds to get breakfast. This morning as usual I went to get my daily breakfast and Alfonso the manager was getting the order. While I was uploading my coupon Alfonso the manager heard in the background that I had my sister on the phone who I was going to get food for as well and he started yelling at me to get out the line because “I was talking thru the phone” what manager said. While my sister was telling me what she wanted to order and I was grabbing the coupon code to order he kept screaming at me and being very disrespectful and unprofessional. I excuse my self and explain him I was looking for my code and when I pulled to the window I wanted to add a Frappuccino bc he did not let me finish my order thru the drive thru and he started doing faces and talking bad about me to the other Latino employee. When I added the frapuccino he told me to pull up and wait for my order and when he came he continued screaming at my like crazy and un respecting me. I felt verbally assaulted and not valued as a customer when I come every morning and I spend my money here. The service at this mcdonlds is the getting worst every time. As a client we deserve respect and good customer service and more when I’m loyal customer and especially from the manager. Is sad that that’s the example the manager gives to his employees. I will be calling the district manager and expressing my concerns and the way I was treated. ( Im latino as well)

The drive thru was backed up at lunch time, but moved swiftly and efficiently. My order was correct, my food was actually hot, and I could understand everyone! I give them 5+ stars!!!
