Had access to the lounge as part of the priority pass program. Overall, limited selection of food provided. Average tasting food which are replenish rather quickly as it is popular. Food items were sushi, sandwiches, pizza, chicken wings, fried rice and cut vegetables with dips. Free flow of drinks which include fruit juice, sofa, spirits and beer. Clean toilets and great place if you have free access. May not recommend if you are paying for it.

The lounge is popular among travelers. Usually packed, food and drinks are free. They don't provide carry-on or packed snacks.

Korean is a joke....it is that kind of airlines that will delude you. You can be loyal, support them, promote them to your friends and family and when you need them, it won't be there for you. Korean air style, that is their way of doing business. I hope I will never need to fly them anymore and I will make sure to make as much people I can to avoid them too. Even with some monopoly in some routes, there is always better options then Korean. Their not an fair company. I’ve support them over a decade and brought over a few dozens of friends to fly with the company because of my influence with them. Now I am trying to use my points from my SKYPASS, and it is simple impossible to book a flight with ANY flight partner, even a year ahead of time. I called Skypass and started the search next month and we went even over a few months, to up to an year in advance from now. I spent in 2 calls more then a couple hours and nothing was available. I request to speak with the attendant supervisor, and after a couple minutes of poor excuses, they said they couldn’t do much at the moment but they would find me a flight on that route in a future to use my miles, and return to me. I left the dates open for them to have a bigger range of potential availability. But they never returned to me, since October 31, 2017. Thank you Shiraz for promise to return to me and never did. I really don’t appreciate the lack of care with its customers. Bye bye Korean Air! Keep my miles for you as a form of contempt, but be sure you are already the ones who are losing over here.

I have flown Korean Air to and from The Philippines out of New York's JFK many times, and have never, even once, had anything but the best experience possible. The jets are kept in brand new condition inside, and the flight staff is the best in the sky. Last year I got slightly lost on the subway system in Seoul, South Korea, and went over to the map on the wall to figure out where I needed to go. As I was checking out the map, a very well dressed man came over and asked if he could help me in any way. I told him my station was closed off, and I was figuring out how to get around it. The man showed me the best way to get to where I was going, and offered to walk with me, to be sure I found my way OK. As we walked, I asked the man what he did for a living. He told me he worked for Korean Airlines, in their customer service. Now just to let you know, I was not near the airport, and had nothing on me to identify me as a Korean Air customer. When we got to where I needed to go, I thanked the man, and said how nice it was that he was going the same way, so we got to talk. He tells me "Oh no sir, I live the other way, but it was a pleasure to help you". Then the man went off in the direction we had come from. This guy was coming home from a long day of work, yet walked 10 minutes in the opposite direction of where he had to go, just to be sure I was OK. This gave me just one more reason to love the people who work for Korean Airlines. Their staff is top notch from the flight staff, all the way down to the support staff in their ticketing counters. For the last 5 years, I never fly any other airline now, if I am going to a city that Korean Air services. They really are "Excellence in Flight" And just for your knowledge, I am a 51 year old truck driver from the Philadelphia, PA area, and do not have any ties to Korean Air in any way. I am just a very satisfied customer, who likes to get good service when he travels.
