Not enthused. You need an appointment for the most benign things these days. And no one can commit to an appointment on the spot while multiple employees sit or stand idle doing nothing. Not impressed.

Went in for foreign currency exchange. This is the branch which constantly has Canadian currency available. (I think Mexican peso, too.. but not certain) Clerks I met were also familiar about travelers check. This was a huge relief because the other branches I went in the past spent probably tripled time dealing with it!

I've used wells fargo well over 10 years and this branch is the worst, I dread living so close due to the fact that they're are never any tellers, I count about 10 people in line and only 3 tellers and one of the tellers has been having a personal conversation for the last 15 minutes. (I would give the young lady's name but I guess it's not professional to wear name badges any more ) On top of that the business line account has no priority what's so ever. There are 4 people behind the tellers to over see the operation. This has to be the worst wells fargo experience ever. I almost walked out like the gentleman infront of me ..
