Good common box hardware store. Prices are higher now due to Covid (blame it by most if not all businesses). How about us, the retirees, where do we get help?

Ordered something online, their customer support confirmed my order included a 4 power tool set. When i came to the store they did not want to honor this and only wanted to give me the bits. Website error or not, that is not my fault and they should honor what they are advertising

Very bad experience with Lowe's in general and with this branch in particular. We order a portable dishwasher online. It came damaged with horrible packaging. So we went to this branch and asked for returning it and refunding our money. The people in charge did not really do a good job on that. For example, they did not provide us with a receipt. Anyway, they told us we proceed your payment after we have the item in store and it takes one day. After a week we did not see any refund process. So, I gave them a call and the customer service said he investigates the system/process and would call me back. But he didn't call me back for a couple of hours. So I went to the store and told them the story again and showed the pick up invoice (this signed invoice prove that the item has been picked up from our home by the Lowe's team). They agreed and confirmed that everything was okay from our side but still didn't proceed the refund because they couldn't find the item in store. After I said you know it is not our fault, they agreed and said we would investigate and call you tomorrow. Well, I am waiting for their call. I should add that iI saw one of the employees told to the supervisor that they have signed invoice, so the refund has to be processed but the supervisor did not listen to him. Update: the supervisor personally called me on the promised time and proceed the payment as they found the dishwasher in their store. While I appreciate that, I do not change my opinion regarding their service because the entire process was very unprofessional.
