Yesterday my 23 yr old daughter bought her first car. Salesman William Watts was outstanding. He took the time to explain all the features (and how to work them) of the Hybrid Countryman. He was extremely professional, well mannered, and low pressure. He made buying a car a lovely experience. Katrina in finance was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Mo, the manager stopped by to introduce himself and welcomed us to the family. Will texted this morning to thank us for our business and to make sure we enjoyed the ride home.
