Rhonda was so helpful and informative in regards to my having troubles finding help and assistance with my broken leg. I went from getting the run around for days by everyone else until I was able to experience Rhonda and her professionalism. The relief just in her help alone was very comforting and assuring. In these Covid days we still live in, It's nice to know that "Good People" are still out there and making a impact and doing above what their job calls on. Her understanding and compassion filled my heart with hope and ease. She really went above and beyond. For that I had to get on here and make sure This was recognized and shared. THANK YOU SO MUCH for being so helpful Rhonda 👍 👍 👍 👍

Try to avoid the ER as much as you can. I usually go to urgent care if I can because I hate going to the ER. Hubby had an emergency, so we had no choice but to go. We checked in at around 12:15 am and didn't leave until 5:15 am. That alone is terrible! Not only do you wait FOREVER, but it’s depressing to be there. It’s also so gross! People there are sick, have an infection, are injured, etc..The whole time we were there, no one wiped down the chairs or sanitized the area. The security guard wiped down the wheelchairs, so not sure why the seats in the waiting room weren’t being wiped down. I was getting paranoid I might catch whatever the people there had. I just felt so gross being there. I have to say though, the staff there was great! They were all very nice, and they were working their butts off. My husband was taken care of, and everyone took good care of him. As I appreciate the staff, there needs to be a quicker system. There also needs to be constant cleaning and sanitizing going on. Something needs to change.

I took my boyfriend to the Emergency for an extreme migraine, and they literally had everyone sitting out. No supervision, no estimated wait time, nothing, just go sit outside… I personally do not use Providence and I’m soooo happy that I DO NOT! Having patients who are already coming to the emergency sit outside unattended, is completely unethical and illustrates the lack of care for patients.

As a long time resident of Torrance, it’s good to have such a great hospital in the South Bay. Recently I was hospitalized first time there, I received a great care and treatment by the excellent care team. They were trying to provide patient oriented care services: so considerate to call patient to take order for next meal in stead of receiving order from patients off menu. I enjoyed their excellent care and service!

In the parking lot, it's big and safe. It's free😉😉
Are you asking a question or making a statement with a question mark at the end? "LA Care participating doctors who work at Little company of Mary in Torrance, what's the biggest thing you found in someone's butt? ".
I googled your question and found this answer: "Children under the age of 18 are discouraged from visiting for their safety. Please note that exceptions are made for end-of-life situations and in our Women’s and Children’s units. Please check with the nurses caring for your loved one for additional information." Ask at the front desk or call human resources
Yes. You cannot be denied care if you go to the emergency room and the medical issue qualifies as emergent.
Usually, 8am to 10pm, but you won't be turned around if you show up earlier or later and show strong proof for visitation.
There are a few facilities within one to two blocks of LCMT.
For a question like this, i would definitely call the hospital and ask to be connected with a manager.
