I would give them 10 stars if I could (and no, mine and all the other 5 star reviews are NOT written by the mothers of the employees who work here as I jokingly said to John the owner). First, their prices are VERY competitive so you don't have to waste your time shopping around, they have good accuracy in quotes (when he makes an estimate, you will pay that without him finding a lot of "hidden" fees) and he gets the work done when he says he will. Also as a mechanic he will suggest things that one should get fixed if you brought it in for body work which I feel is a good thing because you can get both things fixed. but they don't use scare tactics to pressure you into doing it. Important to me as I had an unusual circumstance where I had to change the method of payment, he understood and there was something else he did for another person I know, you have to pay what you have to pay but he will work with you if need be, not any other company I know of has this compassion. For those who pay straight cash or use debit cards he will make it cheaper because he doesn't have to pay cc fees, he's very honest that way. Only con, is that they don't 'have a waiting room, so just know you will need to have a way to get home while it's getting fixed but it's all within walking distance to major streets to have a bite to eat or drink if you want to wait (though maybe for body work, since they may need to order parts, it will usually take a few days so that's why they don't have a waiting area.)

I’ve first got aquatinted with this shop about two years ago when my daughter’s brand new Versa was keyed! They did an amazing restoration and my daughter was very happy with the final result! Brought in my Juke this week, complaining about a bumpy ride and a clicking noise, after being sent off by the dealer for almost a year with “no findings”! John was so pleasant to deal with! He immediately took matters at hand and has found the origin of the problem: a faulty axle/shaft! Luckily, I still have powertrain warranty on the car, so Nissan will take care of the issue...but let me tell you, it was so reassuring to walk into the dealership and deal with those folks KNOWING what the problem is with my car and not being treated like “just a female driver”!! Thank you so much John and Raffy! I’ll be only using this repair shop as long as I’ll own a car! They are honest, personal, and treat customers with respect!

I've been coming here for over 2 years, since I acquired my old 2004 car, and I've been back 4 times now. John is honest and really thorough and I will keep coming back. I really appreciate the service and price. I got a mild scolding for consistently not being on top of checking my engine oil but at the same time it makes me smile that they care. I really appreciate the attentiveness. Other places don't care what you do with your car, they only see you as dollar bills. I trust this place. It's a bonus too that it's in my neighborhood. So lucky.
