I recently purchased a Kamodo Jo Classic from the Torrance store there was a little bit of a mix up with the order and these guys Eric in particular were amazing. Eric Resolved the issue in a matter of hours and got the item replaced. Being able to talk to someone over the phone or in person when you want advise or you have an issue is invaluable. If you are looking to buy a BBQ GO TO THIS STORE. They will also price match which is amazing.

Had an amazing experience. Little concerned with giving 100 percent deposit, but they did an amazing job on install and delivery. Every single detail was accounted for on our outdoor kitchen. Loved them!

This place is useless. Went in looking for info and was immediately looked down upon because we weren't immediately willing to put our life savings into our outdoor grill. Then we were told 'you can either pick a $2,000 grill with no bells and whistles or a $5,000 grill with all the bells and whistles, those are basically your options'. How about explaining why they're worth so much, what makes them stand out, how are they better than cheaper models and worth the investment? Overall a frustrating experience. Regardless of what we end up buying, it won't be from this place.

This place is amazing and beyond. The amount of things they have here is awesome. Rubs and sauces from all different non major brands, a lot of pit masters brands. Set ups for your home backyard at a decent price and offer financing. I will definitely be coming back. If you BBQ, or grill you definitely need to come here and join there sauce rub club you will thank me later.
