My AAA insurance adjuster recommended Servpro of Burbank for the water damaged remediation caused by a busted pipe. John was thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment and provided me with assurance that the problem will be resolved. Ezra and Elias put up plastic boarders and sealed up vents to prevent the dust from spreading elsewhere in the house prior to removing the damaged drywall and flooring. Their work was superb! I’m looking forward to working with Servpro of Burbank for the repairs.

I am not a fan of ServePro. As an insurance agent I have worked with many remediation companies and have less than positive things to say about them…..until now. A water leak in my kitchen required a remediation team and as insurance adjusters do, a recommendation was made….and I’m so glad I listened. ServePro Burbank’s team is above reproach. They are respectful, consistently on time, helpful and incredibly clean….in an environment that is less than. Their team came in, assessed and provided a plan of attack and a timeline and kept to it. Each day ended with a review of what they’d done, where we were on that timeline and what was coming next. The job wasn’t small as floors and walls were removed due to the leak….but it wasn’t JUST the work they did, but the care they took with personal belongings to ensure things in the kitchen - all the stainless appliances, as well as paintings in adjacent rooms were not affected by the work being performed. In the end, they did their job very well…..so much so that if I EVER have a client that has a loss in their service area, I am recommending them. Thank you ServePro Burbank and John, Tyler and Justin for your amazing work ethic!

A leak was discovered when my heater/AC had to be replaced and it happened to be in a place that wasn't easy to reach. There was a lot of work that had to be done and these guys were definitely up for the challenge. The new heater/AC had to be dismantled then the water tank removed. Because there was water damage there was obvious damage to the structure itself. These guys cleaned it all up and put in a new supporting wood floor before the water tank could be put in then came back and put in a sub floor so that the entire area was supported and ready for everything to go back in. It was a job and then some. Servpro staff (Patrick and Louis were another team that started the initial work and Esdras and Elias did another large part of the work) are the best. I always knew when they were coming out, what they were doing, what needed to be done and approximately how long the work would take. Servpro staff is professional, courteous, hard working and they don't stop until the work is done. My goodness I would recommend Servpro to all my friends and family. I even told my neighbors what a great group of people Servpro has on staff. You all are amazing and I hope the boss knows and appreciates each of you. Time for a raise for the above mentioned people and that includes Patty. Patty is super great and has a great customer service way about her. Kudos to you all at Servpro
