The quality of their work is good but I had to helicopter mom over the contractor to make sure the work was done properly. He told me he was finished working on my shower... and when I turned the water on, it started spewing out of the wall hookup. They also left trash and razor blades, and tracked dust all over my apartment but charged me "a cleaning fee" The customer service is also terrible. The people in the office would just make decisions about things being ordered without consulting me. There's also dozens of people working there but when you call no one seems to know the answer and it could take days before someone who did know the answer could call me back.

Was referred to ServPro by my insurance company for a build back after some mold issues. If you search on the California Consumer Protection website they have a few citations on not writing up a contract (happened to me too) and their work was just sub standard. They had to take down and re do the drywall work because of not doing the work properly. They didn't even attach a support beam to the top of the wall, it was all for show and to save money. Stay away from this business, Im having to pay more to fix their work.

From start to finish, I received a call from their office witch mostly consists of ladies who are very polite and kind, as well as informative. They scheduled a day in which their guys came in and got right down to business, they knew exactly where to look for when it came to spotting mold and eliminating it. fantastic job by this crew, do not hesitate to call Servpro of Sunland/Tujunga.
