Dr. Heshmat has been an amazing doctor and he's definitely been the best family medicine/primary care doctor that I've had! He has a holistic approach to medicine and he truly listens to his patients and works hard to address their healthcare needs and help them lead healthy lives! He really takes care of his patients and my lifestyle and health has improved since I've had him as my doctor! The doctor's office staff is also very nice and it's easy to schedule appointments! If you're looking for a family medicine or primary care doctor in Rockville that truly takes care of their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Heshmat!

Dr. Heshmat has a straight forward off-the-cuff personality that puts me at ease during visits. The office staff is always extremely helpful and I've never sat in the waiting room for longer than 5 minutes. This is the first PCP where I've had consistently good experiences, great find!

After being a patient for about 5 years I’m done here. The office has progressively gotten worse about simple things, like answering the phone, returning calls, calling or faxing prescriptions, answering pharmacy calls, etc. (basics). In all that time I (senior citizen) was never really examined. Just vitals and verbal interchange. When I was having what most likely was covid, I had three trips to ER because I got no response from the office. I’m saying, there was no way to reach them. The phone endlessly rang. This meant 6-8 hours waiting to be told at the hospital they didn’t know why I was vomiting constantly. The last straw was waiting for this office to respond to the pharmacy (and to me)regarding a med I have now run out of which can cause seizures and deep depression among other things. The pharmacy tried for a week. I called twice, sent emails, etc. I’m seeing a new provider and trying to forget this experience.
