I have given this pharmacy three separate chances to handle my prescription/refills correctly, and they have failed every single time. The first time I went in to pick up my prescription, I first spoke to a woman on the phone, who I informed that I was a new customer at the pharmacy. She let me know that my prescription would be ready to pick up in the next couple of hours. After waiting, I show up at the pharmacy and am told that because they don’t have my health insurance information they couldn’t process my prescription and it would be another two hours. Of course I was not told this by the woman I spoke to on the phone. Next time I go to refill my prescription, I call ahead and use their automated service for refills. Upon showing up at the pharmacy I was told that service doesn’t work, and it would be another two hours. The most recent time I went in to fill my prescription, I used the phone number listed on Google for this location. I call ahead and ask for the prescription. When I show up at the drive thru window I am told that my prescription was sent to San Luis Obispo. It was then that I found out that their phone number on Google is not immediately listed correctly. This is far too many mistakes, they really need to fix things up.

I don't here for all my pharmacy needs. There pharmacy is super helpful and are great with answering questions. There stuff in pharmacy as well are very helpful. Covid-19 procedure are taken very seriously here. At times they will shut down to clean the entire store so if you're coming out from a far place call ahead.

Yesterday I went to pick up a prescription for my mom and the pharmacist Jonathan provided the worse Customer Service I have ever experienced. When I pulled up to the window Jonathan didn’t even acknowledge me or say just a moment while he wiped down the drawer, his area and equipment. He then walked away and after several minutes he comes back and says how can I help you. When I told him what I wanted and provided all of my mother’s information he walks away again. Several minutes later a female comes to the window and asks how can she could help me. When I told her she saw all of the information already on the computer. She comes back with my mom’s prescription right away. By this time my blood is boiling and I questioned her did Jonathan just go on break without telling me and she confirms that he did. I tell her how rude and unprofessional he was by not telling me he was going on break and that someone will be right with me. She apologizes and says he’s new. Although I appreciated her apology there is no excuse for rudeness and being new should not give anyone a pass. If anything being new you should be following the manual for providing good customer service by the book. Now I’m questioning is this the type of behavior they are teaching.
