Go to the office and pick up a indenture form and a joblist. The list will have addresses of union jobsites you can go and ask for work, ask for the foreman or super Intendant and tell him you are interested in work and that your not in the union but want to join. Basically you need someone to be willing to hire you and sign your indenture form. Don't forget to tell him all your construction experience. God Bless!
Yes you work while you learn. You go to school 1 week every 3 months and work in between.
