Today we had the carpets in our home replaced. What a difference good quality and beautiful carpeting makes. Amy was so helpful, answering our questions and leading us to the quality and style of carpet we were after. She has an amazing range of knowledge and is a really easy person to work with. This turned out to be a busy season, so the mills were backlogged and the installers were booked up, but we weren't in a hurry so it worked out well for us. In addition, the installers that Amy sent were fabulous, did a great job and were such nice guys . . . hard working, too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Moving furniture and cleaning out closets isn't fun, but it was worth it! I wouldn't waste time shopping around ever again, I'd go to I & J carpets and work with Amy. Great company and the best people.

Amy was extremely knowledgeable, gave great advice on different options for flooring, and unlike another place in town didn't talk down to me as a female, first time flooring person. I had already heard great things about this place from my friends who are contractors, it definitely lived up to the expectations.
