First off! When I walked in the door, I was asked if I was picking up and order and I said no. Then I was told that I had 1 minute to order. I asked if they had oxtails because that is all I wanted. She said yes! So I ordered my daughter a plate and I asked for a side of oxtails. She said that they didn’t do sides I would have to buy another plate. I proceeded to tell her I cannot eat what comes with it. So I said I will take a plate with collards and cabbbage. She rung me up and the total was $24.98. So when I got my bag there was one plate. FOR $25!!! Bihhh whaT! So she says I didn’t here you say another plate. Like we had a whole conversation about me not being able to eat certain things and what I could eat. So on top of this being over priced, there was no gravy, they were small, and it was overall not good! I promise I will not be back. Sometimes I hate trying new.

This is the restaurant you shouldn’t miss! We ordered the chicken lunch with salad and fried sweet potato as sides! The chicken tasted so flavorful! I love the bean rice as well! Fried sweet potato fries are hot and crispy! will come back for sure to try some other things!

Hands down THE BEST Caribbean restaurant have tried in Charlotte 😁 The restaurant is bright and inviting with delicious fragrances of jerk chicken and the like wafting in the air!! The food...ON POINT! The prices just right! I would go here again and again and again. I would even have them cater an event for me because their standard of cleanliness, impeccable!!

As a first time customer I've been coming here frequently within a couple of weeks. I came across this place and decided to give it a try especially since I was craving some good Jamaican food. And man did I luck up..! There's something special about this place on how the food is cooked. You can definitely tell by tasting it. The food to go was not only appealing with a nice presentation but more importantly the quality and freshness to the taste. I've never tasted plantains as good as this place makes them.! The jerk seasoning was just right. A little bit of heat but not overpowering. The mac n cheese was delicious. The tacos 🌮 are definitely a good choice and freshly made to the taste. My first few experiences have been nothing but great. Its too bad you're not able to enjoy eating inside due to this covid-19 mess. I'll definitely continue try their other selections off their menu.
