Food was great and our waitress was very good. But this particular bdubbs has a very slow kitchen. It's always been. I have experiences much faster service at other locations.

I patronage here and there but the staff and ownership overall can do a better job making people feel welcome and making them feel whomever they are they will be treated fair and equally. No one should have to wonder would I be treated like this if I were this or that or am I being treated this way b/c of what I am and not who I am. Now that I have finally left this review I clearly won't be patronizing this establishment which makes complete sense.

Was tired of Panera’s brown lettuce in their salads so tried Showmar’s at their Steele Creek location. The greek salad was wonderful! Salad greens were fresh and portion was generous. Price is good too. Plus, employees were super friendly. I’ll be going back soon!

Good food for reasonable prices, very nice staff but don't expect drink refills at the table , nice atmosphere, healthy options , i like the gyro platter but this time it wasn't cooked that well, greek salad was good, greek pasta salad was different but good, thank you!

If you go to our website and contact us there, that will typically be reviewed the same day and someone will respond to you within the next 24 hours. If you contact us through Google, like this, typically we try to respond the same day. If you make a complaint using Google Maps Reviews, we are usually notified of the review the next day. So, all in all, no matter how you try and contact us we do our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours. If the nature of the complaint requires us to investigate further with the particular location you may receive a note letting you know that we are reaching out to that location for more details.
