Hands down the worst BWW I’ve ordered from. Placed an order through Uber Eats for boneless wings (2 flavors) and hatch queso with pico. The wings were dry and came with the sauce on the side. Are the wings not supposed to be TOSSED?! At the least if I have to dip/toss my own wings could utensils and napkins be provided?! The queso was runny and guess what? NO PICO. From the looks of other reviews this place doesn’t deserve to be patronized. Lesson learned.

I try to be patient with the staffing issues most restaurants are going through, but this was kind of rough. We got seated fairly quick, but it was almost 10 minutes before we were waited on for drinks. The food took a very long time to be served as well, though it was still very good. This was on a Wednesday night around 7pm.

Been there three times before posting this. The food is good but the service is rude rude rude. You are treated unwelcome rather than welcome and as an annoyance. The food is always cold when you get it. Expect a long dining experience each visit. Hopefully people will just give me money instead of gift cards for this place because I am sick of going. Bring back the old days with good service, better prices, and the poker/trivia tablets. These days if you ask for one they aren't charged and you're chastised for asking. Also they were out of kids menus and crayons?? So yeah there's that too

The customer service was trash as soon as I opened the door before even stepping in. I ordered online the girl looked at her phone with an attitude and said I already did last call so I let her know I already ordered she asked my name and told me its right there as I’m walking in. The fries were half hard half soft and tasted very much unseasoned. The wing definitely weren’t tossed in sauce, the sauce was just poured on the wings. This was my first and definitely my last time visiting this place.
